The Order Screening Support Specialist is an integral part of the Customer Support Team, responsible for investigating potentially fraudulent orders.
The role entails researching of suspect orders and identifying fraudulent orders before they are processed.
• As the first point of escalation, you will be responsible for answering queries from clients seeking further clarification or justification around decisions that have been made;
• Screen transactions and identify signs/ patterns of fraud;
• Liaise with other departments to help merchants lower online fraud levels;
• Manage a great influx of information and more complicated processes that can frequently change.
• Near native level of written and verbal communication skills in French and good understanding of English (B2 Level);
• Strong detail orientation;
• Must be able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information applying the appropriate level of diplomacy, discretion and privacy;
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Experience in telephone customer support (preferred).
