Job Description
BlaBlaCar is hiring a Marketing Manager for Portugal. The successful candidate will join the International Marketing Team and report to the International Marketing Manager. BlaBlaCar is looking for a person with Portuguese as their mother tongue language + a strong international and marketing oriented profile.
Key responsibilities will include:
Defining and executing strategies to drive traffic to local BlaBlaCar website and raise brand awareness.
- Building, launching and monitoring online marketing campaigns
- Tracking and reporting campaign performances
- Finding and building new online acquisition channels through partnerships with other websites or actors
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Managing the Community on social networks and through member support.
- Work with multi-lingual teams to harmonize and benchmark our marketing campaigns
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in online marketing campaigns (1 year minimum)
- Must be familiar with online marketing metrics and business models
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with remote offices
- Creative, Proactive, taking initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong data and analytical skills
- proficiency in Excel
- Autonomous, rigorous and organised
- Portuguese mother tongue, fluent English (good French and/or additional European languages a significant plus)
- International experience for work or studies a significant plus
- Engineering or Business school degree (Master’s level)

Place: Paris or Madrid according to location of the candidate
Contract: Long-term contract
