Manage email and phone communication between EnGrande and our growing network of hotels, hostels, apartments and B&Bs in cities across the world.
- Provide prompt and friendly service over the phone and through email, which will increase hoteliers satisfaction and ultimately help the business grow.
Key areas of responsibility:
Direct account management for the assigned hotels in your region.
- Be a “problem solver” by having empathy for hoteliers, striving to provide fast, quality customer service.
- Follow up on cancellations, overbookings and complaints.
- Use tools to analyze hotel/city performance and to prioritize actions.
- Monitor the rate parity and locate the best rates and availabilities.
- Advise hotels about internet strategies.
- Market our brand name to hotels.
Excellent communicator by phone, by email and face to face.
- Native Portuguese or Spanish and good knowledge of English. Any other language is a plus.
- Write grammatically correct emails which are clear, structured and service-oriented.
- Ability to work alone without direct supervision.
- Result & customer oriented.
- Organised and efficient.
- Ability to anticipate hoteliers needs and be a good negotiator.
- Hotel experience is a plus.
Contract : 6m + 6m + permanent
