Due to the successful partnership with one of our clients, we are looking for:
Data Analyst (m/f)
Your main tasks:
_Using various database tools and MS Excel for validation of device specific information in customer inventories
_Reconciling installed base inventories to customer contract databases, define reconciliation rules (look at logic rules used and compare/revise)
_Assist in analysis of data, providing reports to internal users and updating database
_Compare data outputs/reports and document data challenges we have today
_Proposing automations of internal tools
_Look for root cause of discrepancies
_Assist Managers with contract renewals
_Supporting management with customer engagements
_Provide data quality routine statistics
_Maintain and develop existing data quality systems
_Identifying areas for data quality improvement and help resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction algorithms
Our profile of preference:
_Fluency in English
_1 year of previous experience required, preferably within a fast-moving sales environment
_Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office and, if possible, a CRM tool such as Siebel, SAP, Salesforce.com etc.
_Fast Learner
_Good Communication and Listening Skills
_Goal Oriented
