Descrição da oferta
– Develop and Implement the Strategic Plan Operation to achieve planned results;
– Develop and comply with the HR Budget;
– Implement the annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the Strategic Plan;
– Monitor and comply with budget;
– Write weekly and monthly established HR reports;
– Execute and ensure all operational matters including but not limited to: approved front office working hours fulfillment, expatriate recruitment, training programs calendar execution, audit program calendar execution, performance appraisals execution;
– Writes JD for all new openings;
– Recruit, interview, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions, ensuring HR recruitment process is complied with;
– Ensure all JD are kept up to date and supervise the creation of new JD as and when necessary;
– Plans and conducts new employee orientation;
– Ensure disciplinary processes are carried out, including verbal and written warnings and terminations;
– Supervise annual leave process and all other leave processes throughout the year;
– Supervise monthly schedules upload according to company’s rules;
– Ensure compliance with career development and promotion process;
– Deliver training as necessary in fundamental HR subjects;
– Monitor payroll process in Far and Middle East to ensure accurate completion within deadline;
– Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance;
– Responsibility for the corporate communications;
– Ensure 100% compliance with rules and procedures of HR department;
– Maintains strict confidentiality of company and personnel information;

– 5 Years Relevant Experience;
– Degree in Human Resources Management;
– Strong discipline and commitment to an organized working method;

– Excelent professional standard;
– Efficient time management skills;
– Efficient and unconditional conclusion of requested tasks and scheduled working plan;
– Fluent in English;
– Availability to travel;
– Up to 35 years old.
