Our client is now looking to employ a Human Resources  Administrator/ Recruiter to assist in setting up HR systems and respective recruitment of staff for a new office to be opened in Latin America.

Our client, provides solutions for improved user experience and fraud prevention on internet for its clients (online companies in classifieds, dating, social networking, media, and games), for whom safety and consumer confidence is crucial. They help people to safely meet and make transactions online. Our client is located in Sweden, Malta and Malaysia, and provide our services in 17 different languages.
Malta Office being the largest of the whole network currently employs around 350 employees. The company is now looking to employ Dutch /Finnish/German Speaking Online Content Moderators to strengthen further its growing operations within Malta office.

Overview of the Role:

The selected candidate will initially be based in Malta and later moves to the Latin America office and will assist in:

-Recruitment of staff for Latin America
-Research on respective HR practices and procedures in Latin America
-Work to create a network of contacts in the region
– HR related administration work
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

•Minimum one year experience within recruitment, ideally within an international organisation
•Fluent in spoken and written Portuguese and Spanish
•Fluent in English
•Excellent interpersonal skills
•Strong communication skills
•Excellent organizational skills
•Willing to work during the afternoon/evening time
