Work description
Start up, balancing, operation and debugging of large hvac systems;
authorized to work on low voltage (380v-415v) systems, or electronic electrician trained for hvac systems, authorized as above.
Requirements
Qualifications: Engineer or Technician;
Fluent English.
Experience at least 5 years in operating balancing and/or maintenance of large hvac systems, with capacities well over 4,000KW, such as: high rise office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, etc.
Practiced in logging technical data;
Able to operate chilled water fc systems, VAV, direct expansion, etc.
Fluent in reading and understanding control/ electrical drawings/ manuals of hvac systems and equipment.
Able to manage control/ electric panels/ systems for building mechanical services such as: hvac, plumbing, etc.
Able to manage small team of workers assisting his work on site.
