Customer success manager: Lisbon, Portugal

The Customer Success team is key at our client. We are looking for someone to open the portuguese market. You will have to work on a daily basis with our customers, understand their processes, their needs and suggest the best way for them to use our technology. You will also play a key role in deployment of the technology in new stores.


    • Serve as the day-to-day face of Portugal (and possibly some additional EMEA) accounts to deliver value, discover account growth opportunities and ultimately retain business.


    • 50% Customer success & 50% Account management


    • Onboard and educate customers about our product


    • Produce and conduct Executive Reviews, engaging with client counterparts at various levels of the organization


    • Analyze and monitor data related to account performance, anticipating customer needs and developing solution


    • Manage a team of Customer success representatives + store operations that will be ensuring a good commitment from stores all over the country


    • Identify new strategies that can convert and motivate the client to move to a deployment faster


    • Oversee the on-boarding of new high potential accounts and ensure their successful implementation


    • Provide product feedback to the team on client feature requests


    • Coordinate technical support on operational and functional issues


    • Highly organized, proactive, self-starter, and team player with a love of continually improving the processes around you






    • 3+ years experience in a similar position ideally in the retail industry


    • Ability to quickly understand a company’s processes


    • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills


    • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent verbal and written skills


    • Excellent client contact skills, ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with tough customer situations
