What you will do if you receive the job:

• • Manage Inbound and Outbound phone requests / orders and other activities from Microsoft

• • Ability to provide options and outline features or product and services to gain and keep a customer;

• • Manage sales cycle for Microsoft customers from lead identification to close;

• • Build long term business relationships between Microsoft and business companies through a mixture

• • of inbound and outbound phone / email activities.

• • Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;

• • Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;

• • Providing information about fashion products;

• • Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
