This will be a truly generalist role and therefore the successful candidate will need to have experience and knowledge across the whole remit, including recruitment, engagement, talent, reward and resource planning. Additionally, you will lead on escalated employee relations issues; diagnose learning requirements by working closely with Managers.
Michael Page HR is recruiting for an HR Business Partner for a growing company in the Financial Services industry based in London who will be:
– Portuguese or Spanish language skills are strongly preferred but not essential.
– A confident and credible HR professional with recent experience functioning at an HR Business Partner level in the banking industry
– Must be CIPD qualified
– Thrive in a busy and multi -cultural corporate environment and will be ideally looking for a varied role, with a mix of the strategic and operational, which will allow you to work closely with the business in an autonomous and best practise culture
– In-depth knowledge and operational experience of reward and compensation<br
Our client is a growing financial services organization based in London.
Base salary within the range of £50 000 – £60 000
