In order to be considered for this role you must be fluent in Portuguese.
Duties to include:
Provide language support regarding queries/remittance information
Process payment information
Prepare reconciliation of cash suspense accounts and monitor aging of accounts to resolve outstanding items
Resolve issues
Produce routine reports
Support period end financial closing activities
Speak to customers in Portuguese to chase payments
Liaise with solicitors and other debt collections agencies where required
